Special circuitry maintains signal integrity over long cabling distances, so you can enjoy high fidelity anywhere in your home. Fanless cooling for ultraquiet operation and automatic, music-sensing power on/off are featured, too.

Bridgeable Amplifier Refers to a configuration technique that combines the output of two channels into a single channel. This is often the desired way to drive a single speaker in a multiple-amp home theater application.
Example: 5 amplifiers could all be bridged to each run a single speaker in a Dolby(R) Digital home theater application.

Audio Features
5 Way Binding Posts Allow the use of a wide variety of speaker-cable terminations, including banana plugs, spades, and pins, for a more secure and convenient connection. This provides maximum wiring flexibility and improves overall performance.

High Current Amplifier An amplifier's current capability is a function of power supply engineering and storage capacity. High current amplifiers provide increased useable power, have superb transient response and have the ability to handle difficult speaker loads.

Ultrawide Bandwidth Amplifier harman/kardon amplifiers and receivers sound better because of their Ultrawide Bandwidth design. Ultrawide Bandwidth requires selected output transistors not typically found in audio equipment, and is a core design element of all harman/kardon receivers and amplifiers. Ultrawide Bandwidth design provides better high frequency headroom and therefore cannot be as easily overloaded.
