Used with existing 5.1 pre-wired system and yamaha neoHD receiver. Works well and sounds great for my uses. Not an audiophile, but quality of sopund and construction appears above average, especially for the price.

These are a little too big for the room, but the sound sure does fill it up. Size of the speakers has more to do with aesthetics than proformance. I love them. But, the spouse has to look at them too!
