Awsome stereo and IPOD alarm

Best sounding Ipod radio short of audiophile tube units. Highly flexible with cable inputs, RCA inputs and Ipod adapters. Setting display at dimmest setting requires dive into programmable settings obtained from highly detailed [...] review on service setting. A bit large but truly high fidelity output with impressive levels if desired.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have one of these that I bought new and love it. I saw the refurb and decided to get it for the kitchen (tunes while I cook). The remote doesn't talk to this unit (but does the older one) and the iPod dock doesn't let me use the volume control on the unit. If I want to crank the tunes, I have to use one of the AUX inputs instead of the dock.[...]
