Comments about KEF iQ2C Black Ash 2-way Center Channel Speaker:
I purchases this unit to match my KEF iQ5 main speakers and I must say they work well together for home theater. I have a Yamaha receiver running a 5.1 system and previously used Yamaha main and center channel speakers. I had always thought that my receiver did not put out a proper center signal since it always sounded a bit soft. After hooking up the iQ2c I know it must have been the Yamaha center. The dialog is crisp and clear using the same receiver. The only con (that is not much of an issue) is that this speaker has an awkward design, however this adds to its unique look and makes it attractive. My complaint is that it does not sit perfectly on my fireplace mantle perfectly as my rectangled Yamaha did, but this is a personal need only. I would highly recommend them unless you have a large room or plan to match it with larger main speakers.
