Comments about LG AG-S250 2-Pack 2-Pair of Active 3D Glasses (RF Transmission):
With 3D TV you have to have them. Overall, they have been easy to use. 1 pair of glasses turn off while watching. We will probably send this pair back. Overwise with 6 pair of glasses they make the 3D watching incredible.

Pretty darn good for active lenses.

About Me Enthusiast
There are a lot of pro/con arguments that can be made for "active" versus "passive" 3D technology and their respective glasses that I think everyone should look at when they are making decisions on what 3D tech to purchase. That aside, I really liked these LG 3D active glasses. My family and I watched a few different movies including Rio, Megamind, and some IMAX films. The IMAX films really stood out, especially Under the Sea. For us it seemed the 3D effect was less about things popping out of the screen and more about adding a depth of field where their previously wasn't one. There was definitely a "best distance", I found the 7-9 ft range was best, although I was impressed how the 3D effect continued to work at angles. There was some slight eye fatigue for me after a 2 hour movie, but not that bad, and I was bummed that the ISF options on my LG werent available for 3D movies and you are stuck with the pre-programmed settings, of which there are about 5. They do darken the image slightly as well. The glasses charge quickly and the full charge lasted a long time. They are pretty comfortable although the flip nose cushions for those that have glasses is a nice feature, but less comfortable than I would have liked. Also, the 10 min auto-off feature if the glasses don't detect movement was a little annoying. No one but me ever had their glasses turn off of the 6 of us that tried them, even if I felt like I was consciously moving around just to keep the timer from going off, but a quick power on and resync got me back into the movie quickly enough.
