Comments about Niles CM610 (Pr.) (FG01294) 2-Way 6-inch Ceiling Mount Speakers:
I use these speakers as presence and surround speakers in my home theatre system. For this purpose, they work extremely well by supplying sounds not requiring much in the way of power. I currently own a DefTech SuperCube III SW, Mythos Gems for Front L & R, and a Niles in-ceiling cm730dsc as the center channel. The cm610s come from a reputable company that complement my system well at a reasonable price and at a sound quality higher than expected.

When customers of mine want a Living Room Theater system installed, most of them prefer to have the speakers as inconspicuous as possible, especially the surrounding speakers. In this kind of circumstance, I installed the Niles CM610's as the surrounding speakers, and they looked and sounded wonderful, and the painter was able to paint the speaker grill and trim with the matching ceiling paint. In summary, I recommend by experience these Niles CM610 speaker for any of the circumstances listed.
