Great picture, price and looks. Speakers are passable, but wont deliver deep bass or powerful sounds that some will desire, but most people use a theater system anyway, so this is not a big minus. I got this plasma for movies and gaming. I was a little worried about burn-in; but after hours of gaming with a static image on the screen no hint of image retention is there, I strongly advise anyone to purchase this diamond in the rough.

Have TV mounted above fireplace on an angle mount. Room is upstairs with large windows. I was concerned about glare with a glass screen, but absolutely no problem. Picture is beautiful and glare-free. I was torn whether to go with plasma or LCD for this room, now I am 100% sure that this was the right decision. SD looks great, HD is stunning - especially 1080p. Some have stated the the sound is a bit weak and they are right, but then, that's why we have AV receivers and external speakers. I'm running this TV + Onkyo and Klipsch - could not be happpier.
