3D works but blu-ray does not run smooth

Comments about Samsung BD-D7500 3D Ready Blu-ray Player:
It has problems playing blu-rays it will play 3D ok or at least so far (my third time using it) I was playing Thor 3d and then blu-ray to find it lagging or halts or shows choppy video with no sound. One time it exited the whole thing, I don't know if you can turn off BD-wise but this could be the issue I don't know yet.
