Description
The Sanus Accurate AV Foundations AFA is a four-shelf AV stand for basic systems. Its black-lacquered shelves are both durable and stylish, and its contemporary, open architecture allows maximum airflow. Heavy-gauge tubular steel pillars provide incredible strength and rigidity and allow the addition of expansion shelves to match the size of large AV systems.     >This is not a bad A/V rack for the cheap price. It's problem lies in it's ability to withstand vibration. The slightest footstep will cause issues. The adjustable feet are definately a plus (especially when using a turntable((to level)). All in all a great A/V Rack.

        I bought this a temporary unit because our BDI TV unit wouldn't hold all of my components. After having this for about a year, I haven't changed it out yet. Plusses: If you are using an AVR or amp that heats up at all, an open stand is a great idea. The components are out in the open and can "breathe", letting them operate at a lower temp and probably last longer. Highly Recommended!
