    The KLV-32M1 also includes several step-up features, including a re-engineered panel driver, Direct Digital Circuitry II, Digital Reality Creation(R) picture enhancing circuitry, an HDMI(TM) connection and an SRS(R) TruSurround(R) audio system, all adding up to an outstanding flat panel home theater experience. The KLV-32M1 and Sony continue to raise the bar in flat panel televisions.

  • LCD Panel Driver LSI minimizes motion blur caused by the response time lag of LCD panels by improving the response time in the middle luminance range resulting in smoother images on the screen.
  • Digital Reality Creation(TM) (DRC) Multifunction V1 Unlike conventional line doublers, the DRC Multifunction feature replaces the signal`s NTSC waveform with near-HD equivalent by digital mapping processing. The DRC Palette option lets you customize the level of detail (Reality) and smoothness (Clarity) to create a customized picture that is optimized for signal quality, viewing conditions and personal preference.
  • Direct Digital Circuitry II (DDC II) increases the signal to noise ratio when converting the signal from analog to digital to optimize its level before it passes through to the DRC(R) circuit to create natural, rich images from any source.
  • CineMotion(R) technology using the reverse 3-2 pull down technology, the Cinemotion feature provides smoother picture movement when playing back movies or other video sources on film.
  • Wide Screen Mode allows you to watch 4:3 normal broadcasts in wide screen mode (16:9 aspect ratio).
