Soundbar Brackets

Mount a soundbar, surroundbar or speaker directly onto a TV (above or below) instead of mounting it to the wall.

Works with or without other TV mounts, in corners, and also if TV is being left on it's stand.

Description
Made from high quality steel these universal brackets give the ability to attach a soundbar or surroundbar speaker above or below, directly onto a plasma or lcd tv instead of mounting it to the wall. This is most useful when the tv is hung in a corner or on an articulating mount where mounting the soundbar directly onto the wall is not desired. The soundbar brackets are bolted into the same mounting holes as the mounting bars on the back of the TV. These will even work for mounting the soundbar (or center speaker) above the TV if it's being left on it's stand.

NOTE: since center channel speakers (unlike soundbars) are designed to set on a shelf or stand, they may require an additional mounting bracket to attach to our brackets.

            This thing worked perfectly with LG 42LD450 and Sony HT-CT150. Make sure you look at all your mounting options before you decide it wont work. I almost didn't use it until I re-arranged the brackets to look like 2 L's (LL) and it worked perfectly beneath the set. I could have also used it top mounted!!

            The provided screws are to attach your sound bar to the brackets, NOT the brackets to your LCD!!! The screws insert head-first into the key hole mounts on the back of the sound bar then attach the washer and nut. Kinda tricky, yet do-able!!

                Perfect for Panasonic TV and Soundbar

                Works perfectly on Panasonic Plasma TC-P46G15 TV with Panasonic SC-HTB500 sound bar. My TV is not wall-mounted - it sits on its base/stand on a media console table. The sound bar cannot sit in front of the TV on the table, as the TV base/stand sticks out too far, and propped up blocks the IR sensor on the TV. The Soundbar Brackets offer the perfect solution. Very easy to install. Secure. Clean, and hidden from view. Very cost effective solution for placing speaker above (or below if wall mount) TV. Highly recommended.

                        This is a problem solver! This is the answer to speaker bar placement problems. I installed the speaker bars under a 52 LCD on an articulating mount so it now moves with the TV, and one on top of a 55" LED that was on a stand because there was no room underneath.

                            The television that you were inquiring about should have a 300 x 300 VESA mounting pattern squarely on the back of the set. Two set of holes equally set apart 2 on top and 2 on the bottom roughly 11 and 13/16’s inch apart. They can be found on page 41 of the owner’s manual for the television. So yes you should be easily be able to mount it to the top of the set.

                            Hello, It looks like these will not work for the YSP-1100. Yamaha has a wall mount bracket that may work it is the SPM-K30. That model isn’t specifically listed so you will want to check the Yamaha website to confirm.

                          I am looking to see if these brackets will work with a center channel speaker, instead of a wider soundbar. The center speaker I have is the Definitive Technology ProCenter 1000 and is about 15" wide. It will be used to put on top of the Panasonic 55" GT30.

                          Before purchasing I'd love to know if this will be feasible to do.

                            The ProCenter 1000 has threaded mounting holes on the back of the speaker. So, it should work. If it does not then we will take them back at no charge.
