    the Toshiba was the best 10.2" portable i have seen. Its thin and light weight. As far as durability i think all portables are a little fragile and need to be taken care of and not bounced around. Its the nature of the product. I def. wld buy this again.
    The battery life is not real long but none of them are really. i keep it plugged to the outlet or to the car. that doesnt bother me.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    I bought this product for the car and travel for a wee one - just took it on a flight to Memphis and it was great! Easy to carry and great picture on the plane. Only con is the sound only goes up so much - but that is what ear phone are for :o)

            I am going to be using it as a TV for my XBOX 360 while I am deployed with the military, and so far it hooks up perfectly with the A/V IN and OUT ports. It has one for each, which is awesome cause I can hook up a receiver system in the OUT port for the sound to make it even better. SWEEEET!! This will be a great 10 inch screen in a small design that I can pick up and take with me as I need to. If your in the market for something like this...It is well worth it.
