Returning New and Like-New Items
  • You may return any factory-sealed new or open like-new merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • We’ll issue your choice of a refund or an exchange for amount of the merchandise.
  • Refunds will be made by the same means as the original purchase (credit card, check, PayPal, etc).
  • Please note that additional fees may apply if any accessories are missing from returned items.
Returning Defective Items

When you receive your order, we recommend that you keep all packing materials for at least 30 days in case you need to return an item.

  • You may return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Please help us expedite your request by including a detailed description of (1) the defect and (2) how to replicate the problem.
  • We’ll issue your choice of a refund or an exchange.
  • Refunds will be made by the same means as the original purchase (credit card, check, PayPal, etc).
  • Please note that additional fees may apply if any accessories are missing from returned items.
Special Instructions for Returning TVs

When you receive your TV, we recommend that you keep all packing materials for at least 30 days in case you need to return it.

  • If your TV was damaged in shipping, we’ll have our carrier contact you to schedule a return. If the set is obviously damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and call us at 1.800.663.5255 right away. This video explains all that we do to ensure your TV arrives in perfect condition:
  • If your TV does not seem to function properly, we’ll help troubleshoot and determine how to solve the problem; if we can’t fix it, we’ll arrange for service to assess the television. If the service doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll have our carrier contact you to schedule an exchange or return.
  • If you just don’t like it, we will accept your return; we just ask that you pay for return shipping and any associated reprocessing fees. You’ll also need to pack the set in its original box with all original packing material, accessories, and outer box. We’ll have our carrier contact you to schedule a return.
Nonreturnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Special-order merchandise
  • Projection bulbs
  • Personal and healthcare items
  • Custom cut-to-length audio or video cable
  • Products with a missing or altered serial number
  • Products with a different serial number than was fulfilled on your order
  • Products with a missing or altered UPC
Packaging Your Return
  • Make sure to include all factory-packed accessories in the original carton, with all UPC and bar codes intact.
  • Incomplete returns may be subject to additional fees.
  • Return merchandise must be double-boxed, with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Some TV returns do not require double-boxing, please discuss this with the agent you speak with when you request a Return Authorization Number.
  • Please write your Return Authorization Number prominently on the outside of the shipping box.
Processing Time

Returns that meet the above conditions will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
