I love this Television; when I am watching a sporting event it is like having little midgets running around my living room. Quality is exceptional on my HD channels. Great size for my theater room. Easy setup. Great picture when I play movies on my BlueRay disc player. The picture is not as good when I watch HD over my Dishnetwork receiver. Some of the detail is a little hazy. Picture not as good as my smaller HD TV but the size and price make up the difference.

Great picture ... once we got it to work. Set was delivered looked great. About 4 hours after the installer left, it turned off and would not turn back on unless it was allowed to sit for a while. The service shop discussed the failure with Samsung service and then came back to our house to "fix" the TV. Unfortunately, since the failure was intermittent, it was going to be difficult to see if the fix really worked ... it didn't. Trip #2 with what looked like 1/2 the guts of the TV did fix the set. Now that it works, the picture is fantastic.Based on our experience, we recommend that you purchase the set either from a dealer that can repair it, or if an on-line purchase, make sure that local, competent service is available in your market.
