Fails a few image quality tests on the Spears& Munsil test blu-ray, but still quite good. Have not been able to get the network access for my mp3s working yet, they do everything but play so far. Don't think it's a player issue, but it hugely sucks that blu-ray discs can't resume play from a stopping point.

I purchased this Blu-Ray player because of the LG name and the wireless capabilities. It was so easy to set up -- even the wireless component. I've read many reviews where people had a very difficult time connecting to Netflix or a home network -- absolutely no problems here.
The player was fully hooked up (with internet connection) in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this product. I understand that it is not Mac compatable (non-issue for me, since I'm a a PC guy, but would be very frustrating for Mac users).

I love the image quality, the ease of use, ease of setup, and access to internet content, including Netflix Instant Movies; it is a great option to have, that I wish my other Blu-Ray had. Well worth the price, which is reasonable to begin with.

I am extremely happy with this product. In addition to Blue-Ray I use this to recieve instant Netflix. The only negatgive is the number of attempts it takes me to connect to the internet.
This could be more related to my home network than the player.

This is a very nice player. Great image quality and the wireless works extremely well. I like the online services - CinemaNow, Netflix and YouTube. CinemaNow expecially is great, the sound and video signals are HD quality, and unlike NetFlix you can use the player's interface to search for movies. The only downsides I see with this player is the interface for browing media on your computer isn't very pretty. It uses a windows explorer type folder structure to display your files (yuck). Also, unlike my Samsung BD player it doesn't have Pandora. I really think LG should add a music service (Pandora, LastFM, etc). However, I'll admit that these are very minor issues for what is a great player overall.

So far it has been everything that I had hoped for. I had a computer hooked up to my TV but I got so tired of the fan noise. The BD390 is as quiet as I had hoped for and has a great picture. I watch alot of Netflix & YouTube programs and very seldom does it have to pause for buffering. The wireless didn't work as well as I had wished, but my house was wired as well so no problem.

I found it difficult to follow limited instructions for setting player as wireless receiver. Have yet to succeed and now have stand alone player. If I had wanted a stand alone player I would have bought a Sony.

I have used it in a wireless and wired mode. The image quality is excellent either way. I would recommend buying the model without the wireless capacity if hardwire installation is an option - save ~ $100. I have that one as well and the picture quality is the same.

Happy with this player overall. I chose between the Samsung and LG BD390 for the Netflix capability. Image quality great, DVD upconversion great, Blu-Ray quality good - load times ok. Wifi connection takes some time but once connected seems to stay connected. Netflix streaming capability pretty good.

We don't have cable and use this to watch the Netflicks instant selections. Soooooo easy! All we had to do was plug it in. It found our wireless network and we were on our way. The picture is great. The menu makes sense and is easy to use. Have only used the DVD player and the Netflicks option and just love the picture.

The Picture quality off the net is so-so but as Blue-ray it's great. You'll find even with a N class router you'll want a direct wired connection. It can't give good wireless service even at short distances

I love the easy addition to my wireless network. My toddler loves to watch Pocoyo on Youtube on the large TV screen instead of the computer monitor. And my wife loves the NetFlix setup, where you can rent HD movies without leaving the couch! Awesome!

A great player. Wifi with netflix option is great to get a movie here or there for the kids. PQ is lacking on the wifi, but it gets the job done.
